Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT)
"The Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT) measures whether students are meeting the minimum standard for literacy across all subjects up to the end of Grade 9. Successful completion of the literacy test is one of the requirements to earn an Ontario Secondary School Diploma."

Accessing the Text
Chromebook Device with Kiosk:
- Log in, as per usual
- Click on the green K (the kiosk) - you might have to do this a couple of times
- You will be prompted to enter the access code and your OEN
Device with Safe Exam Browser (i.e. Desktop Computer):
- Log in, as per usual
- Click on the grey icon
- Students must enter the password 6768 for the SEB
- This is also the exit code
Student Sign In Screen:
- The teacher who is supervising your group will provide you with the Access Code
- Students will receive their OEN in an email to their GAPPS account.

The goal is:
- To support student readiness to use the EQAO platform
- To explore the different accessibility tools all students may access
- To see a practice test that mirrors the OSSLT
